Description

One Step TB Green PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit II (Perfect Real Time) is a quantitative real-time RT-PCR kit designed for intercalator-based detection with TB Green. Reverse transcription and PCR run in a single tube, which minimizes pipetting steps and contamination risk, and products are monitored in real time with no need for electrophoresis afterwards. The kit uses PrimeScript RTase, an MMLV-based RNase H-minus reverse transcriptase that synthesizes full-length cDNA quickly, together with TaKaRa Ex Taq HS, a hot-start PCR enzyme optimized for one-step RT-PCR. The 2X One Step TB Green RT-PCR Buffer 4 is a premix with a buffer optimized for quantitative real-time PCR, giving efficient amplification and sensitive detection of small amounts of RNA, including viral, rare or precious samples.
