Description
PrimeScript RT Master Mix (Perfect Real Time) is designed for fast, efficient reverse transcription before real-time RT-PCR (qPCR), with a streamlined workflow. It is powered by PrimeScript Reverse Transcriptase, which has strong strand-displacement activity and enables full-length cDNA synthesis in as little as 15 minutes. PrimeScript RTase can transcribe virtually any RNA template, including GC-rich and highly structured RNA, at lower temperatures such as 42°C, which lowers the risk of RNA degradation.
