Description
PrimeSTAR GXL Premix Fast is an optimized 2X premix for fast PCR, consisting of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase (a high-fidelity polymerase), reaction buffer and dNTP mixture. It is a robust hot-start enzyme that amplifies GC-rich templates, samples with excess template and long products up to 30 kb with fast extension (about 5 sec/kb), and generates blunt-ended products. Do not use inosine-containing primers.
