Description
PrimeSTAR Max DNA Polymerase is a high-performance DNA polymerase that combines an extremely fast extension speed with the high fidelity, sensitivity and specificity of PrimeSTAR HS DNA Polymerase. It is a blend of a B-family polymerase and an elongation factor, supplied as a 2X premix containing reaction buffer and dNTPs, and it supports reactions with large amounts of template DNA and extension times as short as 10 seconds. It is suited to cloning and expression, structure-function and genetic variation studies. Most products are blunt-ended. Do not use inosine-containing primers.
