PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Xanthine Oxidase
Application Notes
Xanthine oxidase can be used to generate superoxide radicals for use in the enzymatic assay of superoxide dismutase. The addition of xanthine oxidase as a superoxide donor to hepatic stellate cells (HSC) cell cultures strongly increased procollagen I synthesis.
