Description
Premix Ex Taq (Probe qPCR), ROX plus is a 2X premix designed for probe-based real-time PCR (qPCR). It combines TaKaRa Ex Taq HS, a hot-start DNA polymerase controlled by an anti-Taq antibody, with a buffer optimized for real-time PCR, and includes ROX Reference Dye for instruments that require it. The hot-start design helps prevent non-specific amplification caused by mispriming during reaction setup. The premix also contains dNTPs, Mg2+ and Tli RNase H. Primers and probe are not included.
